Size guide
Width is the constant: 8 ft outside, a little under 7 ft 9 in inside. Length and height are the choices. High cube adds a foot of exterior height.
A 10 ft box is for a driveway, a gate, or a small store of tools. A 20 ft box is the default for a contractor or a household clean-out that has outgrown a garage. A 40 ft box is for inventory, a real office, or freight that needs the floor. A 45 ft high cube is extra floor when a 40 is short and the route can take the length.
High cube matters when people will stand and work inside, or when pallets stack tall. It also matters on delivery day, because the load is a foot higher in the air.
Door openings are narrower and shorter than the interior. Measure the largest piece you will load, including the pallet, before you choose.
Manufacturer plates vary by an inch or two. Refrigerated and heavily modified units have smaller interiors. We confirm the plate on the quoted unit.

The grade is about the job, not a slogan.
A single loaded voyage. Clean paint, tight seals, little interior wear.
Inspected to carry freight again. Ask for this if the box must go back on a ship or rail.
Sound for storage. The usual used grade. Dents are cosmetic.
Lower price, with wear called out in writing before you buy.
